I found my voice in a humble Pentecostal church on a mountaintop in Norton, Virginia.

The green church pews vibrated with the humming of the bass. The pounding drums shook the pew backs as my tiny hands gripped the orange oak. With every musical swell, I was lifted closer to Heaven.

One fateful Christmas service when the preacher was finished talking about the coming of our blessed Savior, he asked the congregation, “Is there anything anyone would like to share this Christmas?”

Three-year-old me stood up in my pew and skirted my way to the front of the church. My feet plodded softly on the emerald carpet in my little blacks shoes and frilled socks.

I stood up and sang “Away in a Manger” for the congregation that day.

From then on I’ve shared my voice with others in hopes it will lift their spirits and bring them closer to peace.

This page isn’t about listing things I’ve accomplished or done in this world. Quite frankly, they all seem so insignificant. This page is about introducing you to who I am.

I love Jesus. I love hard-working people. I love creating things that honor both.

My goals aren’t to impress you or make you want to be like me.

I simply want to spread love and joy with my music. I hope you’ll stick around and help me make that happen.
